Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms, while simple, were very well done with a spacious layout. Unfortunately, the lack of a view was a downside for me. The service was excellent overall, though the loudly booming 1980s rock music was a bit off-putting. The location, although convenient for exploring Zona Romantica, was not the most attractive area. The dining experience was decent at the beginning but declined afterward. However, the facilities offered were satisfactory.
The hotel was a lovely stay, with clean and comfortable rooms featuring great amenities like a mini fridge, balcony, and a hammock. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to do whether heading to the beach or exploring town. The dining experience, while inclusive at first, became limited after a few days. Overall, a great value for a restful stay away from the hustle and bustle.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a huge, comfy bed but unfortunately no hot water. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there was construction noise from early morning. The location was superb, set on a hillside with a stunning view of the city and ocean, but the uphill walk might be a challenge for some. The dining experience was good initially with included meals but became limited after a few days. Overall, a great value for money stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is in a great location, with Mexican charm and potential for more. The rooms were basic but clean, and the staff's enthusiasm was notable. The loud music by the pool and bar was a turn-off despite the pet amenities available.
